CNC Machine Shop
At Arnoldworks, we realize that the reputation of your company depends on the quality of our work. Because of this, quality, attention to detail, integrity, and prompt service are our highest priorities.
Our CNC machine shop includes a HAAS SL20 lathe that can produce components up to 8” x 20” and a HAAS VF2 milling machine with a capacity of 16” x 30” x 20”. Our HAAS machines operate off of BobCad 35, and MasterCam 2023 and can utilize most common solid model file formats. We also have a 4’ x 8’ plasma table that can cut steel up to 1” thick. We are set up to produce single one-off components up to finished machines, and are also able to take on research and development (R&D) projects as well as large-volume parts runs and assemblies.

Manual Machine Shop
Arnoldworks has a broad spectrum manual machine shop. We offer turning up to 16" x 60" and we have a 9" by 42" milling machine with tooling for surfacing, boring, keyway cutting, and indexing. If you have repair work for machinery that requires one-off parts or multiples, we are the shop for you!
We can create everything from specialized machine parts to entire machines, including parts that are no longer manufactured! We design and build functional items such as handrails and bollards and can even design and build custom steel gates. Basically, we will build almost anything that doesn't raise the eyebrows of the FBI or CIA! See some examples of our work below!

Project cost includes total labor, design, and engineering time per hour plus the cost of materials, tooling, consumables, and /or use of any special equipment necessary, not in shop's standard inventory.
In Shop Labor / Engineering Starts at: $100.00 per / hr; (30 minute minimum).
*Materials deposit required prior to commencement of work depending upon project size and cost of materials as determined by suppliers.
*Materials may be supplied by customer.
